  Went in with a group of 10 tonight and waited 30 min to get our drinks. Meanwhile, a few servers just walked by and never said anything and I know someone could tell by the way we were looking that something was wrong. I asked for a manager from the host stand and 15 min later I have to call the manager myself from our table to come and stated no one ever told him to come to our table. I was also told by someone that the manager wouldn't care what I told him if I told him I was upset. Pretty disappointed because I have never had service like that before at chilis. From this experience I may never return.

  I thought it would be nice to take my family here for dinner. I went in to be seated. It was a 25 minute wait which I didn't mind. Gave them my information and waited in front of the restaurant for my text to be seated but I never received it. I watched people walk in and get seated and I was still waiting. So I asked did she put me on the list, she didn't know what to say. She began to pick up the menus so that she could try and seat me but there was nothing available for me. I'm pretty sure it's a nice place to eat but I will never know because I was never seated. Sorry chili's I will just go somewhere else.
